• Add the newly subscribed visitors directly to lists/ segments. These lists can later be used for campaigns and automations.
• Tags are available to assist in personalizing the automated message. The store name, discount percentage are some of the useful tags that can be used.
• Analytics of the opt-in helps in analyzing the effectiveness of the opt-in link. The number of clicks Vs opt-ins is an important metric to measure the usefulnes of the app.
• This one-tap feature requires minimal effort from the visitor and setting up an opt-in is also simple and straightforward.

Steps after installation:

• After clicking the install button, there will be an option to create a new WhatsApp opt-in.
• Enter the name for the opt-in link to identify it later.
• Select an audience list into which a visitor will come under as a subscriber when they click on the opt-in link and send the pre-populated message.
• The Customer message is the message that is a pre-populated message that appears in the customer’s WhatsApp text field.
• The pre-populated message should not be edited by the customer in order to receive the automated Store message.
• The store message is the automated message that will be sent to the customer when the pre-populated message from the customer is received. Tags can be used here to include the store name, discount info, etc.
• The discount section should be filled with the required percentage discount that is to be given.
• After all the necessary information is entered, you can generate the opt-in link by clicking the generate button.
• A WhatsApp number needs to be linked to the store to generate the link, otherwise, it shows an error message.
• After the opt-in link is generated, copy and paste the link into any social media handles or any high-traffic generating platforms.
• The opt-in link analytics can be seen on the dashboard. There are the status of opt-in, clicks on opt-ins and successful opt-ins.
